If you look in Statistics / Top Finders with Selection
Cache location: "Germany / Thüringen / Weimar" and Cache type "Earthcache" comes as result for user GeskaMarek 9 caches. In this area (Weimar) there are only 8 caches. (one of this caches has the name "Ice Age")

If you look in Statistics / Top Finders with Selection
Cache location: "Germany / Sachsen " and Cache type "Earthcache" comes as result for user GeskaMarek 0 caches. But he has definitely one find in Sachsen (This Earthcache has the name ICE AGE).

I would surprised if the same name would be relevant for caches. The unique identifier is GCcode. The stats are done with SQL querys and i suspect the name is not even included in the query.
And it is not even the same "Ice Age" and "ICE AGE" have different capitalization and would not match on most comparison in programming languages.

If you wan to find all caches found by a use map compare is better
http://project-gc.com/Tools/MapCompare?profile_name=GeskaMarek&country=Germany&onefound=on&bothfound=on&ownfound=on&type%5B%5D=Earthcache&showdisabled=on&showarchived=on&submit=Filter

The reason the user has no result in Cache location: "Germany / Sachsen " and Cache type "Earthcache"  is that the top finder list is limited to the top 10000 caches in the filter. You find the last find on this pages
Earth caches: http://project-gc.com/Statistics/Top?profile_name=GeskaMarek&country=Germany&region=Sachsen&type%5B0%5D=Earthcache&submit=Filter&chartpage=334

All types: http://project-gc.com/Statistics/Top?profile_name=GeskaMarek&country=Germany&region=Sachsen&submit=Filter&chartpage=334

If you add Leipzig to the filter you will find the user
http://project-gc.com/Statistics/Top?profile_name=GeskaMarek&country=Germany&region=Sachsen&county=Leipzig&type%5B%5D=Earthcache&submit=Filter

The reason for 9 find in Weimar is a dubble log on
http://project-gc.com/Profile/FindBadLogs?profile_name=GeskaMarek&submit=Filter on https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC5BX0H_geheimnisse-des-bodens-fahlerde

So the reason is that top finders is limited to 10000 per list and that is count number of finds not number of different caches. The cache name is not relevant

There is no rule againt logging a cache multiple times and there is a reason to do that because som old virtuals can be ok logged multiple times.
