The Benchmarker and the Waymarker are not available because the API that PGC uses only has access to geocaches (other than lab caches) and not benchmarks or waymarks.

The Night-Owl and the Scuba-Cacher are not available because they are almost impossible to automatically detect. The appropriate attributes are often not set on valid caches and are often set on invalid caches.

Are you referring to the Benchmarker, Waymarker, Night-Owl and Scuba-Cacher badges? The note at the bottom of the BadgeGen page states that they have not been implemented due to technical limitations.

The missing ones are not technically possible but there have been a number of requests to allow lists to be set up as there is a list for FTFs.

It might be time to request that again

same for caches of night especially as the rules using night marks make specific ...

Dou you meen that they can be detected automaticly?
Badgen script in GSAK does not do that and the author has said that they can be automatically detected
For scuba caches the big problem is power trail like the ET Highway eg http://coord.info/GC32R6W uses the to make easy PQ possible.

I have once looked att attributs and compared what i think i a night cache and attribute detection will result in many false positive and negative depening of which attributs are used
A repose of my attribute test
Unfortunately that don't work. There is a reason the original gsak implementation uses a helper tool for the user to set that manually.

A quick compilation of my GSAK caches. I have 60 set as night owl caches with Night cache and Flash light required attributes

Night   night+flash
60        53               Night Owl cache
22        3                 Not night owl cache

It is quite obvious that there is not any way to auto detect it

Also se the FAQ whre the intresting part is
"Then we are also missing the badges The Scuba-Cacher and The Night-Owl. These can not be automatically calculated. We have been strictly told by the author of BadgeGen that we can not use the cache attributes to determine these. Therefore, there is currently no technical solution to solve these badges"
