Is there any way for me (cache owner) to see who qualified and who did not qualify for my challenge?

To some extent. When you go to the checker page you can enter any user name to check. You can run it for any users you think may qualify or may be borderline.

You can't see a list of all users the checker has been run on to see who has qualified and who has not.
