I would like to find out if I fullfill this challenge. Could you please help me?

I have a few questions regarding the challenge. Do the GC number have to be exactly 4digits or can it be less? Is there any country restriction?

Seems to work... I found 121 caches which were placed before 2007 and the checker says: "121 finds of caches with GC code of 4 characters or less."
