Some counties in the Republic of Ireland, specifically Donegal which we have found cache in, are listed as Ulster despite not being in Ulster (Northern Ireland). I think there some others that this also applies for. Geocaching.com also has NI listed as Ireland not UK (its GB if not counting NI), but that isn't a Project-GC problem!

I believe the definition of Ulster is derived from Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulster

Here you can see which counties are in Ulster which has nothing to do with Northern Ireland

Ireland is based on geografical area's and not on political area's
