I'm trying to build a custom filter which:

shows caches found in country A in August this year AND caches found in country B in August and September and October this year AND caches found in country C in October this year.

Is this possible?

Could you tell use your use case why would you need such complicated custom filter? Anyway, I don't think custom filters support found dates.
A mystery idea. Yep, the only thing that seems to work is to chose found in the last x days. Time to shelf the idea.

I think that would be a OR statement, since a cache can't be in two countries at the same time.

As far as I know, OR statements are not possible. I had the same question a while ago.

I guess so. The query would run to find unknown people who qualify for all three sets of conditions. But I see no way of finding people on project-gc anyway. I guess another mystery idea down the drain.
