Wrong last year (2016) PGC badge in profile stats

The PGC badge is having issues as the last year. Now it looks like the badge for 2016 is copied over from 2015 regardless how it looked like few days ago (I had Emerald and now I have Diamond).

This is most probably a bug, but I guess it would be quite easy to recalculate correct badges and store them in database.

I think that is not a bug.

The project-gc gives originally only 30, then 50 diamonds. You have reach about 65th position, so you had the green badge.

However, on the closure of the year the project-gc decide to give 75 diamonds for the first 75 positions, so you have got the diamond badge.

It's correct that we increased the number of Diamonds, from 50 to 75. We also increased the number of Emerald from 150 to 200.

We do however have another bug report from someone who claims to have been degraded by two steps. I can not yet find a reason for that. We will have to restore a database backup to confirm the other reported issue.

We have now found the other issue as well. Badges for 2016 has been recalculated.
