Notification on new caches.

It should be good if you could chose country , countys and municipality

If you are a premium member of geocaching.com you can set up notifications on your own from there. There is a guide as to how that is done here:

That should bring you to the front of the line for FTF :)

Since the databases are about 24h behind, a notification for new caches would seldom help you get an FTF.

not "are", but "can be". Some countries are covered with "fast updates" and therefore the caches are picked up in minutes:

Nevertheless I would like to see / get information about new caches. Sometimes the notification does not work.

Maybe a little "new" flag on the maps for caches younger than 7 to 14 days?

I set up a PQ that runs every Sunday and which shows me the caches published close to me during the week. You can show them on a map through the geocaching website.

You get them in weekly email from geocaching even as a non-member.
