Is it possible to create a pocket query or export a cache list for one degree in a 360° challenge?

Or is there any other possibility to get the caches in the one degree sector?

You can use Virtual GPS.

Click on the degree sector, it will show you the caches on the map, then click on the button with Virtual GPS on the left of the map, choose the select tool, draw a selection around the caches you are interested in, click on the VGPS add button and the caches will appear in your VGPS.

This would be nice to have some better guide. Let me know if some of the above is not clear (note that VGPS needs active Membership).

thanks, i understand your answer, but unfortunately i'm not an active member.
Could you please explain this a bit more? I don't find a degree sector to click on...
With a link to your challenge it would be easier, but for example we have one 360 around here: http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC4PCQB/325

Running the checker will show map with the red and green sectors per angle. Clicking on the red ones (missing find) and to the link which will show in the bubble will show you the caches. Example: http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC4PCQB/325?gccode=GC4PCQB&tagid=325&profile_name=Jakuje&submit=Filter&degree=264
