I submitted a challenge cache for review over a month ago but it has not been published due to the new requirement for a challenge checker.  According to the FAQ, I need to apply for access and get tested in order to try to write one of those.  I sent a message to support over a month ago, no reply.  Is this normal?  Is there something else I have to do?  How do I get access so I can even try?  This is frustrating, as this cache has been sitting in its hiding spot for over a month, unable to get published, that is if it hasn't been muggled by now.  I really want to put this great idea into motion but I'm feeling powerless right now.  Anyone?

You can always ask for one of the people who already have access to write checkers to do it for you. Unless you have quite unusual requirements, it shouldn't take us long.

Thanks for the offer but I would like to give this a try.  I do have programming experience so I think I can figure it out.

You open a ticket with the regular Project-GC support (click the yellow Support button on any of the site's pages).

Wait, you said you had sent one. I don't think there are any unanswered tickets more than a day or so old. I'll check!

I'm unable to find any ticket that mentions your username. Could you please tell me what date you sent it and what email address was used?

I may not have been logged in with my username when I submitted the original ticket so I just submitted another one.  Sorry if that's a duplicate.  Thanks for the quick response.
Just for the record, there have been no new tickets about getting checker access since you wrote the above. Did you get an automatic response back after creating a ticket? If you create a ticket while logged in, you should have.
I tried again using Google Chrome just now (April 20, 9pm MST).  It doesn't seem like they are going through.  I click the yellow Support button, answer the math problem, hit submit and get the "Support Ticket Created" text in green but no confirmation email and the number of open tickets doesn't increment.  Is there another way to submit a ticket?
