How do I find out what Country Batches there are in Europe

I was trying to figure out what Country Batches there are in Europe, I know of Isle of Man, Jersey, San Marino etc. Recently I found that Aland Islands (between Sweden and Finland) has it's own regions, does it have a Country Batch as well. Also are there more specific country batches, I could not find a list.

According to geocaching.com the following countries are in Europe :
