There seems to be a bug in the maps generated by the GenericPolyChecker script, possibly due to the system upgrades.

On the map, clicking on an area gives a popup with the name of the area and a count of caches found. This popup is a link, which should be to a map with restricted view of that area, but is now just a link to the landing page of PGC.

This bug was raised by yxza in the Checker requests forum. I'm just transferring it to bug reports with a more detailed description.

As I wrote in that other post
I dont think it have open up a map of the area in the past. I have rewritten that script and there is no code for opening maps of a ara. The map and popupcode are reused of the standard maps and I thing the links are automaticly generated like on popups with GC codes..

The bug is more likly that there should not be automatic links

As Target says, the links in the map tooltips has never linked a map showing geocaches in that area, it's technically impossible with the framework that exists.
