Could it be possible to include disabled cache in "Logs Received Over Time" [closed]

When selecting an owner, and get placed caches from this owner, i don't get the disabled on (nor archived) that would be nice to include it at minimum in the specifcally selected cache, or to have the same flag to include or not archived, disabled, or generally re-use same filtering scheme;

When I choose myself, I see my archived caches. Can you clarify with what owner and with what cache it happens to you?
