Last month (August) I made a FTF log (GC7ABZF) and I can find it in my FTF list. But in the "Top FTF Streaks (months)" my streak is (incorrectly) broken. Please help me become green again. Thx!

Streaks are heavy to calculate to that isn't done in realtime. Thus, the top lists about streaks (of any sort) use cached data and will take some time to be updated. You should see correct information in a little while (I don't know the exact update frequency but I think it's at least several times per day).

Ok, I understand that system need some time to recalculate all the data. But it is almost three weeks since the FTF is in my FTF list (and it is not included in the streak). Can I only wait or can I do something by myself?

The reason is likely that you edited the log to include the FTF tag. It can take a long time for a log edit to be detected especially if there is no now logs. The last log was on the date of the FTF so it is likely that the edit was after that

Information about data update from the FAQ

How up-to-date is the data?

Normally the data is 24-36 hours behind. But there are circumstances that will take a longer time to detect. What is detected within the given time frame is new found (or equivalent depending on cache type) logs. Deleted/edited logs might take a longer time. Adopting of caches or changing of status (disabled/archived) might also take a longer time to detect. So how long time will it take then?

That depends, if the cache in question gets a found log, everything else should sync up as well. Otherwise it takes up to 30 days for a non archived cache and up to 90 days for an archived one. The more precise time depends on a lot of factors, including the age of the cache.

If your finds seems to be out of sync, you can use our self-support system to tell the system to go through your data. You find it by clicking the orange support button that are available in the top right on most pages.

You can refresh a cache in support/selfe support. I did it and it is now recognized as a FTF

No, I didn't edited the log. I included the FTF tag in first logging.
And it is not problem that it is not recognized as a FTF. It is in my FTF list since very first time. The problem is that it isn't included in FTF month streak therefore my streak is broken (it was my only FTF in August).
My mistake I misread the question. Then it is a strange problem....

As far as I can see everything is fine.

I read in your stats about your FTF-streak: 16, von Mai 2016 bis August 2017

Your latest FTF is

232017-08-1921 TageGC7ABZFCingarelaTraditional Cache2.5/4.5

If you see something else you might have only to empty the the browser cache and refresh the page?

Yes, it is fine since today. Few hours ago the streak was corrected.
