Checker tags on request of cache owner.

On request of cache owner WoSyHi I have created these tags in order to set different limits then the ones he used in the clone.

Please re-activate these tags as he wants to use these instead of the clones..

Tag 28868 is a duplicate of 21945
Tag 28871 is a duplicate of 21946
Tag 28869 is a duplicate of 21947
Tag 28870 is a duplicate of 21948

I think he needs to disable his cloned tags first, otherwise the system will automagically disable later-created tags for the same challenge.
