101% top least unfound

I think there is a problem in the stat "top least unfound". In the cache location Germany - Bremen - Bremerhaven the geocacher "zh9" has found 100,66%. How is this possibel?

Can it be that the cacher have logged owned caches?

You nailed it: From the source code:
// If one logs his own cache, it will be counted twice, an optimization side effect.
It was many times faster this way. It was an active decision, weighing the pro and con.
That's it. He has logged two caches and many weeks later he adopted the caches. Now these caches are counted twice.
