List of first cache per country shows a LAB cache with empty country

It seems a bug was introduced when including LAB caches in the stats. The milestones list of first cache per country includes an empty country with the first LAB cache I found listed as the first cache found in this "country". If there is no country info for the LAB caches, they should be ignored for this statistics table.

This problem has been fixed (but you won't see it until after your stats have been regenerated the next time).
