How to find caches at least 4500 meters in the United States if any exist

Hi, all.  I love working on badges on Project-GC.  To reach diamond for elevation, I need a geocache placed at least 4500 meters.  Anyone know of bookmarks or list of any caches in the United States that fit that criteria?

In principle you could youse PGC's Live Map for this purpose and filter for elevation. However, if I am not mistaken, this feature is only available to paying members.
