Anyone know what the GC Code is for the 3 million Geocache? I sure would like to go and find it. I was lucky enough to find the 2 million Geocache this year.

I don't no, but it is interesting!
GS don't write it in the mail's or in the block
How did you find out which was the 2 millionth cache? Do you mean in order of publishing or just simply in order of the GC code? The second would be pretty simple to calculate, the first would be very hard and it would require all the list of all the published caches. Now it depends if you would count unpublished/retracted too or not (there is no way to get them after this event, unless they are published once again).
Groundspeak announced the 2,000,000th cache in the blog.

According to Groundspeak two millionth cache is GC46N4E but they count only active caches. Therefore I think (and as Jakuje also write) two millionth cache could be also another one (if we count gc codes or caches already published but now in archive). And with next million will be situation same

Although the 2,000,000th cache was announced, the official 3,000,000th cache wasn't announced, merely celebrated with souvenirs.

That's correct, I'm looking for any information as to the location of the 3 million cache published
My point was, absent an announcement from Groundspeak, I do not believe it is possible to determine which cache was actually the 3,000,000th.  If they were just counting the number of geocaches published, I'm sure someone could work it out.  But between the archival of existing caches and the publication of new caches, #3,000,000 was a moving target, extremely difficult if not impossible to determine by anyone outside of Groundspeak.

I would assume if Groundspeak wanted to announce it, they would have done so at the time they celebrated the milestone.  Since they didn't, I further presume they won't.  Perhaps it was difficult for them to determine as well, or perhaps it was a low-quality cache they didn't really want to advertise.

tl; dr:  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
