I figured the coords for 70 caches making up geoart in southern IN, starting with GC75JK8.  Is there a trip planning route that figures out the most efficient way to get to vaious caches?  Thank you!

On project-gc, I'm not aware of a solution to optimize routes.  A little searching revealed a website, TYRE (Trace Your Route Everywhere) that optimizes routes if you upload a GPX file; you could add the geo art to a list (or find a bookmark list it's already part of), create a pocket query, and then upload the GPX to TYRE

(Please note that optimization may be a paid feature.)

I can't help for southern IN, but for peepz in the BeNeLux I would recommend www.routeyou.com
It takes a little practise to use, but afterwards it's quite handy for this kind of planning in advance.

Use google Maps or your garmin if you use a GPS.
You can also use: https://www.geocaching.com/my/userroutes.aspx
