You can use PGC Advanced search for that:

https://project-gc.com/#AdvancedSearch

Just fill your name into Cache Owner field, select "Disabled Only" and it will list your disabled caches (currently it looks like you have none). Note, that this feature is for paying members only (you can get free trial on the following link, if you are not member yet):

Or if you are pm at Geocaching.com, you could use search filters there. Just select "caches I own" and "disabled".
