Use the MapHiddenMonth tool to show you the caches for each month that you haven't found. There's the option to add to/from dates if you want to restrict it to a particular year.

You can use the Map Compare page with the From/to hidden date filter to make such a list (and map). It turns out there are 14 active caches in Saskatchewan that are hidden in 2003 (all of them size regular traditionals). Here is a link to the search: http://project-gc.com/Maps/mapcompare/?profile_name=freddycougar+&country=Canada&region=Saskatchewan&nonefound=on&onefound=on&ownfound=on&hidden_fromyyyy=2003&hidden_frommm=1&hidden_fromdd=1&hidden_toyyyy=2003&hidden_tomm=12&hidden_todd=31&submit=Filter
