Go to https://project-gc.com/User/NewCacheNotifiers but remember this is a paying member feature

What is the difference with the standard GC.com notification pls?

You can also get notified from https://www.geocaching.com/notify/, this is usualy faster than PGC, but with PGC you have more possibilities to filter and you can set a bigger radius.
