I looked at the list 'Lonely Caches' but it says that loneliness is calculated by the age of the cache in days divided by the number of founds. Does that mean that there has to be at least 1 find in order to be a 'Lonely Cache' (since dividing by 0 would not be possible)? If so, is there a list of the oldest caches with no finds (yet)?

There isn't quite such a list but it's easy to figure out what caches would be on it. You can use the page http://project-gc.com/Tools/NotLogged to show all unlogged caches in an area. You can't use it for the whole world in theory but by using a good center point and a very large radius for the search you can get almost everything. You can then add a filter to just show caches published before a certain time to figure out which are the oldest.

Looking at caches that haven't been FTF:ed yet and published before the end of 2004 I find nine that are still active. The oldest is from 2001-07-10.
