Is there a way to download all of my "Found it" logs that would include GC code and log text? Preferably in .csv format.

If you run My Finds as a PQ from GroundSpeak, the resulting GPX file contains all the details of the cache, including the text of your log. It may be possible to extract this using GSAK, but I'm not familiar enough with this tool to know how to do it.
