how many counties in a region where we haven't found a cache yet in a given country

The Map page of Project-GC give the number of regions and of counties in a given country, for instance, let it be Canada (13 regions and 283 counties). I can see the detailled numbers for the regions where I found caches but not for the others!

As for now, I'm planning a trip to Newfoundland this summer and I will like to visit as many counties as possible, so to prepare this trip, I would like to know the counties in this beautiful province,

PGC has a tool called map counties. There you can see the individual missing counties and show you all the caches in it. So you can plan such tours very well. The tool is paying member only ...
