Counties missing off NSW list

When searching Caches Per Area for NSW, it shows there are caches in 131 Counties, there are none in Brewarrina.

But when I search for caches in those areas, I can only search in 130 Counties, including Brewarrina.

I cannot search New South Wales / , which has one active cache hidden in it.

I cannot search New South Wales / Unicorporated ACT, which has twenty-one active caches hidden in it.

Help?

This is all in Australia. I am seeing the same results - counties listed in Caches Per Area that are missing in Map Compare.

Does the same apply to ACT at Jarvis Bay which is correctly identified as not in NSW
