Google Maps "Oops! Something went wrong" error

Today I'm unable to use either Google Maps or Satellite view on any of the map pages in Chrome, getting an error "Oops! Something went wrong" and to see the JavaScript console for more details. Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

Google maps changed pricing yesterday and PGC was probably not yet migrated to the new, more expensive plan nor removed the google maps:

https://developers.google.com/maps/current-pricing

Just use other free maps. They are usually better.
