I recently learned about benchmark hunting (https://www.geocaching.com/mark/) and I was wondering if there are any sites or apps (or maybe project-gc features) that track which benchmarks you have found, similar to how they track geocaches found.

Project-GC only does geocaches and that is not likely to change.

In the UK there is a site called trigpointing.uk where people log their finds.
