How can I fix a clone tag for a Fizzy challenge that is not working?

I found a Fizzy challenge that is just like the one that we recently submitted and created a clone tag for it from that existing cache.  However, when cachers check their stats through Project GC, it shows that they qualify even though they don't.  Is there a way to untag and start over or a way to fix the clone tag we have?

You can make a request for a new checker in the checker request forum https://project-gc.com/forum/list?8

For removing the old one, vogelbird and magma1447 are the only two I know of who have access to do so. Although you may be able to do it yourself since you created the cloned tag...
