would fixing it be as simple as changing the region tag to "All"?
related to an answer for: the Challenge checker for Cemetery Challenge (GC3WZ3J) does not find the word cemetery in the title of caches.

I don't know that particular checker, but I would expect the proper way to be to not specify a region parameter at all. The existing tag can be changed by the person who has created the tag (listed as "Tagged by" on the checker page).
