Im looking for a challenge checker that can add up the lonely time of a cache (previous find til your find) . im trying to make a challenge where 3 caches would need to add up to 9yrs. Thanks in advance

No, it is not possible to create such checker and it is not possible to publish a challenge cache with this task under the new rules from 2016 either.

Project-GC Checker do not know when the last find done by other player was made and it would be very nondeterministic especially with people logging caches with weeks, months or even years delay. One day you would clarify and the other not.

Also, from another perspective: 9 years in 3 caches is a *very* long time. Very few cachers will be able to fulfill that, and when one person logs a qualifying caches that removes it from everyone else. Based on those two factors, I would guess it would be hard to get this challenge published even if it would be possible to create a checker.
