When creating a tag, there is a verify-button that will run it on the last 3. Yours says that none of those that has logged the challenge actually fulfills it. It could be like that, but it sounds unlikely.

The problem is the following rules that the checker don't check for:
>All 9 must have been placed in the month of November regardless of year
>You must have at least 4 different types of caches for 4 different letters

The checker looks for 9 different types and no November requirement. I suspect no checker can be used without modification.

Since the tag isn't correct, I have disabled it to not confuse users.
