Cache stuck on my Solved Puzzles list

I have a found cache which won’t remove itself from my Solved Puzzles list. It’s GC41RX5 which I found in February 2015. It’s not got corrected coordinates or a personal cache note so I don’t understand why it’s still on the list. Is there something I could be missing? I don’t think there is hence listing this under bug reports, but please correct me if there’s something I may have overlooked. Thanks.

Self Support -> Refresh specific geocaches might help.
