Filter, settings and other tools are not useable at Firefox and Chrome

Question

Hello,

when I open the live map in Firefox (62.0.3) and Google Chrome (69.0.3497.100) the tools like filter, settings and the other are not working. At IE 10 they are working. I've disabled uBlock and Privacy Badger in Firefox, nothing changes. At Chrome I don't use add ons. My operating System is Windows 10 Professional 64 Bit with the build 1809.
I don't want to use the Internet Explorer because it's very slow.

No, not a touch screen neither a notebook. I will check it with the pc at my work.

Edit: on my PC at work it's working fine with Firefox. I wonder 'cause it's on Firefox AND Chrome. Sometimes Firefox makes trouble, but both browsers?

For me filters do not work on either Chrome or IE or Edge. This for the Map Counties/regions tools, I just get all my finds. Makes the feature unusable.

Everything is working well for me too, could you explain exactly what are the expected steps and what is not working as expected?
