Labcaches not shown in statbar

Question

Hi, as a paying member you can get labcaches included in your statbar.

But when I look at the page "Profile - Statbar" there is no difference between the two versions,

With or w/o the definition    &includeLabcaches   i get only the data without labcaches.

Now I have a difference between my official data shown in Geocaching.com and the also shown statbar on the same page.

Is there a way to overcome this situation?

There are two possible reasons:

1. You have only just found the lab caches, and those finds have not fully imported into PGC yet (although they appear in other places within your profile on PGC) . Give it another couple of days.

2. You are not a paid member of PGC, as many lab cache stats are only for paid members. I can see it in your  stats but I am not sure if that is because I am a paid member. Check the Finds tab on Statistics > Profile Stats. If it does not show "Rolli2 has 630 finds on 630 unique geocaches, including 9 lab caches" then that is the reason. Paid membership costs 24 Euro/year and comes with a host of benefits.

You could try using the orange "support" button to run an update on all statistics
