What is the difference between light green and dark green bars in the various stats (e.g., longest caching streak)?

The dark green bars are the ones who are completely up to date. The light green bars don't have a log for today, but since people often log at home instead of out in the field, that doesn't necessarily mean that they are out quite yet.

At what point do these change to red (i.e streak broken (presumably) is there a set time factor for this to happen
