Include Labcaches doesn't work anymore in statistics banner

Question

Hi there, the "includeLabcaches" doesn't include them anymore in the statistics banner. It worked fine before, but not anymore.
Even in the Statbar page on Project-GC, where the samples are listed, you can see that there is no difference between the includeLabcaches or the one without this code line.

It works fine sometimes, but sometimes shows the same numbers below. My observation is the first reload of the day shows wrong numbers, but any consequent reload already works.

Without lab caches (as today, 800 caches):

thanks for your answer, but from what I can see, the number of founds in both examples is 800.... so where does it include the labcaches then ?

oh, all of the sudden it appeared correctly... very strange.... nevertheless, the total of finds is still 800 on the statistics banner of my geocaching profile. Is there something I need to do ?
OK the banner is correct now on geocaching as well. I don't know what you did, but something was done.

It was probably just a bad time you tried to load a statbars or they were outdated in some cache. I really did not do anything, just loaded your statbards. Sometimes, things are outdated and sometimes waiting a day or two helps. If not, trying refresh helps or running the refresh jobs from Self-support usually helps.

I just today loaded your statbars from this answer and they again show wrong 800 both of them so it looks like repetitive problem.

Hi Jakuje,
Since a few days, my statistics banner is working fine. The strange thing is that when I add logs to geocaching, the banner will show them very quickly, meaning the same evening as my logs. But the main statistics page on my profil will take until the next day to update.
But the source for both "banner and main page" is supposed to be the same.

Yes, the source is the same, but regenerating the whole statistics take significantly more time than changing one number in the banner so it is intentionally done only once a day (for paying members).

Hi Jakuje, could you pls have a look into my statistics , too  pls.

I have also the problem, that I do not get the lab cache shown. I have used the self support 5 days ago, but no result. When I look at my "Profile > Statbar" both versions show only the cache numbers without lab caches.
I'm a paying member.

Hi Rolli2, on your statistics page, at the top left, there is "settings" and if you click on it, you will have several options. Go down a little and you have to activate the checkmark "include labcaches". This should include them in your statistics.

I think this will be the same issue. It looks like the first time you load the statbar, it shows without lab caches and then after some time with them.
