Lost access to Paying Member features [closed]

I was using Project-GC without any problems a couple of hours ago but cannot now access Paying Member features despite "You already have an active paid membership, which expires at 2020-08-31 00:19:10 UTC."
closed with the note: FB now indicates that Project-GC are already aware of this.
