There is no more Friend League under Statistics and the previously linked page is gone now:

https://project-gc.com/Statistics/FriendLeague

Not sure when it disappeared, but it is resolved now.

You probably not in the good Forum. Cache Carnival is something managed by Geocaching.com,
not by Project-GC!
