Prevent duplicate discoveries

The tool for logging discoveries of trackables are great! It was before, but even more now.

I have a couple of suggestions, though:

1. I have heard some cachers that don't like to log the same discovery twice. So at events, where this mass-discoveries most frequently happends, they take care to just log the trackables that they havn't discovered before.

Would it be possible to have this as an option in the tool? To not discover trackables already discovered?

2. It would be nice if you could make the trackable a link after logging the discovery. In the history view. So that it's easy to jump to the trackables page on the groundspeak page.

I like the option of optionally avoiding duplicate discoveries, although i'm not sure if PGC has the data for that. But if the second half of the proposal should be implemented, PGC has to keep track of all trackables discovered anyway, so it makes sense to think of both at the same time.
