The blue dot indicates a checker exists for the specific challenge but is not linked to the listing.

If so, there are two different varieties of blue mini-icons. There is one that is a blue circle with a question mark on it, and that means that there is a checker but it hasn't been run for you so the system doesn't currently know whether you qualify or not.

How do I 'get" the blue thing to run the checker for me and show green or red on the map? Kind of daunting to click all the blue things manually
