The only multi I have found (FTF) is not registered at all. When will it be registered??

Have you did you log correct.

like [FTF] or {FTF} within the log. I reccomend to put this into the first line

Please, provide more information, at least what is the cache you talk about. Assuming it has correct tag in the log or is in your FTF bookmark list, the easiest thing is to refresh the cache using Support -> Self Support on the page.

You found the GC868E6 as FTF. But you have to change your log and write [FTF] in the first line of your log. Including the brackets !!

[FTF] or {FTF} or does not need to be in the first line, it can appear anywhere within the log.
