GC56QPE - The Distinct FIZZY Challenge

Can someone create a checker for this Challenge cache?

What makes this challenge distinct is that all 81 caches must have been hidden by different people. That is, your 81 caches must have been hidden by 81 different geocachers . Also to add to the challenge, the list of the cache owners must include names which start with all 26 letters of the alphabet (A - Z).

I know it is a very old request but I came across a similar checker on GC5CR9B - "WRC" Challenge (Fizzy) Distinct-81 Cache Owners

I tagged a checker for this one (GC56QPE) but I noticed a 50% failure on the verification, most likely caused by the problem "hidden by" or "owner". The checker script gives no result when failing.
