Back on October 3, 2002, I logged a find on virtual cache GC7ED5 Ford's Revenge.

https://coord.info/GL14EFG

At some point after that, the cache was unpublished.  The find on this cache still shows on my Geocaching.com stats, but doesn't show on Project-GC.

Is there a way to get it to show here?  It's throwing all my stats since 2002 off by one cache!

Is there any way to manually add such a cache, such as via the "my finds" .gpx file?  Or will my stats just be wrong forever?
Have you tried contacting GroundSpeak and asking if they can delete your log? (Assuming you don't mind losing the smiley)
Is that cache listing available in your MyFinds.gpx from groundspeak?

As of now, there is no way for us to fetch information about that cache. The problem is that geocaching.com report one value to us via the API but show another value on their web pages.
