Now that the limit per day to export has increased to 16000 caches , any chance the limit for 1 file in VGPS will increase from 10000 to 16000 ?

I just want clarification to my question, it has been closed due to being a duplicate but the original only talks about the the increase to 16000. I just want clarification that you will be able to build 1 file with 16000 caches in it on the vgps, right now I can export 16000 caches daily but not to 1 file.
