Difference in elevation between profiles.

I just noticed the following: my wife (Rana2012) and I (CaracalShan) both logged GCB652 in September 2016. For me, this cache is listed as my highest found (2582 m), but for here, it isn't shown in the top 10 elevation-caches on her profile. Anyone an idea what is going on here?
