Bei den Landkreisen zur schweiz ist mir aufgefallen im Kanton Graubünen st Mutten immer noch als eigene gemeinde enthalten aber wurde fusioniert.
Wo kann man solche fehler melden?

As project-gc uses the information from geocaching.com / Groundspeak via api, you please have to tell them via help center function. https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php

But it could be a long time until this will be changed.

We don't get county information from geocaching.com (they don't have it). Support issues opened via geocaching.com will not reach Project-GC.

The county/region information in PGC is collected from OpenStreetMap project and updated manually from time to time as described in the FAQ. It is indeed good to know about this change, but until it will be fixed in OSM, there is nothing PGC can do.
