Missing challenges in list

GC24KA3 - Cougar Mountain Blackout. Similar to GC1M0D0, which is already counted as a challenge.

I've added it to the exception system so it should appear as a challenge soon (assuming more moderators agree with me that this is indeed a challenge).

Many of the older challenges that do not have the word 'challenge' in the title have possibly been overlooked simply because they do not appear when you do a search for challenge caches. Adding them to the exception list, as mentioned above, gets them voted in (I have upvoted too) and they then get added to those caches that will be shown in the challenge tab.
Because they are harder to search for (usually done with filtering '?' caches and putting in 'challenge' in the cache title) means until they get highlighted they won't get added - so posts like this are very helpful

Thank you both for your answers! I will offer a couple more along the same lines then: 

1- GC4PVHX - Squak Mountain Blackout. 

2- GC2QZYP - Tiger Mountain Blackout. 

And then a question: do the finals of "series" qualify as challenge caches? A "series" is typically a set of  caches (each unknown or traditional) leading to a final which is always a mystery. In order to solve and sign the final, you have to find all the others which give you clues. The final is sometimes called a "bonus", but by all due metrics it follows the definition of a challenge cache (mystery cache requiring seekers to find an associated physical cache, and requiring to find an additional set of geocaches as defined by the challenge owner). 

Examples of such caches:

1- GC4PHNE - Doctor Who is 50: BONUS - The Best Idea Ever Invented. 

2- GC3XRGX - A New Era. (note the description of the cache actually mentions it is a challenge).

3- GC6CWCM - Where in the 'Verse?

No, a final of a series is usually called a bonus as you say but do not qualify as challenges.
Challenges cannot under new guidelines be linked to a specific set of caches as a bonus would be
If the 'bonus' relies on obtaining clues from other caches then that is why it is called a bonus - challenge caches don't require getting info from other specific caches
