The stats seem to be updating faster

Question

Is is just me or are the stats being updated more frequently for paid members? My logged cahce seem to be appearing far quicker.

Yes it is a feature of membership program, the stats are daily updated for paid members, weekly for other members.

It's only Profile Stats that differs in update frequency between paying members and non paying. However, being an active users of Project-GC increases the frequency vs all others (active only requires like once per week or so).

But there is a lot of random factors for Project-GC to find the last finds. It can take everything between minutes to 1-2 days for an active user of the site.
